Use in the same way as our traditional Teriyaki Marinade - simply pour over your meat, poultry, fish or vegetables for a unique and delicious taste. This aromatic mix of Kikkoman's famed naturally brewed soy sauce, plus wine and spices, adds flavour right through the food but because this version it is wheat-free, it is also suitable for those with coeliac disease or a gluten allergy. There are no artificial flavourings or colourings – and no thick, sticky sauce to burn.
