ice cubes (approximately 20 g per cube)
100 ml
rum
80 ml
lime juice
40 ml
maple syrup
120 ml
coconut milk
2 handful
of frozen blueberries

Decoration:

Preparation

Step 1

1  cocktail shakers – 1  muddler – 8  ice cubes – 100 ml rum – 80 ml lime juice – 40 ml maple syrup – 2 dash Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce120 ml coconut milk – 2 handful of frozen blueberries

This recipe is for 2 drinks. Pour the ingredients into the cocktail shaker and gently crush the blueberries with the muddler. Add ice cubes to the shaker, seal, and shake vigorously.

Step 2

1  bar strainers – 1  bar sieves – 2  tall glasses – 2  edible flowers – 2  fresh blueberries

Double-strain the mixture from the shaker into tall ice-filled glasses, using the bar strainer and sieve to catch any blueberry pulp.
Garnish each drink with an edible flower and a fresh blueberry.
