Green Goddess Cocktail
A drink that's as lush as it looks. The Green Goddess is a bright green blend of creamy yoghurt, tangy yuzu and earthy matcha with an umami kick—a refreshingly bold mix as striking in taste as it is in colour.
Preparation
Step 1
60 g Greek yoghurt – 4 g matcha powder – 40 ml yuzu juice – 2 dash Kikkoman Ponzu Citrus Seasoned Soy Sauce - Yuzu – 60 ml maple syrup – 16 ice cubes (ice cube weight around 20 g) – 100 ml of sparkling water to top up the glass
Add half of each ingredient to 2 cocktail glasses and mix well. Fill each glass with ice, then stir slowly while topping up with the sparkling water.
Step 2
Edible flowers for decoration
Decorate with the edible flowers.
