

Cherry Lady Cocktail
An exquisite coffee cocktail combining the warmth of Scotch and rich espresso with a hint of cherry. A perfect festive treat for those who enjoy bold and indulgent flavours.
Preparation
Step 1

40 ml Scotch whisky – 40 ml cherry liqueur – 120 ml espresso (2 shots) – 20 ml maple syrup – 2 dash Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce – 16 Ice cubes (ice cube weight around 20 g)
Pour all the ingredients into the shaker and shake well until chilled.
Step 2

Shaved chocolate for decoration
Strain the mixture without ice into cocktail glasses and decorate each with the shaved chocolate.
