

Scottish Maiden
A refreshing cocktail with floral notes, cool cucumber, and a hint of Scotch that captures the crisp essence of spring in every sip.
Preparation
Step 1

1 cocktail shakers – 6 ice cubes – 120 ml Scotch whisky – 80 ml lemon juice – 40 ml elderflower syrup – 2 dash Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce – 4 slice(s) of cucumber
This recipe is for 2 drinks. Pour the ingredients into the cocktail shaker, seal and shake vigorously.
Step 2

1 bar strainers – 1 bar sieves – 2 glass tumblers – 6 ice cubes – 6 slice(s) of cucumber
Double strain the drink from the shaker between 2 ice-filled tumblers using the bar strainer and sieve to catch any cucumber pulp. Garnish each drink with 2-3 cucumber slices.
