Winter Sun Cocktail
Brighten up your winter gatherings with a touch of tropical flair! This sweet tangerine and lime drink, enriched with pumpkin spice and a hint of chilli, is the perfect antidote to the winter blues.
Preparation
Step 1
120 ml tangerine juice – 80 ml lime juice – 40 ml pumpkin spice syrup – 2 dash Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce – 200 ml cold rooibos vanilla tea – 16 ice cubes (ice cube weight around 20 g)
Prepare 200 ml of rooibos vanilla tea with hot water. Set aside for 20 minutes to cool. Fill a shaker with all the ingredients and half of the ice. Shake well.
Step 2
Chilli flakes –
Serve in 2 cocktail glasses filled with the remaining ice cubes and decorate with a sprinkle of chilli flakes and the edible flowers.
