A vibrant stir-fry recipe with prawns, mango and lime, enhanced by the deep umami of Kikkoman Less Salt Soy Sauce—a perfect balance of freshness and richness in every bite.

raw prawns, peeled and deveined

garlic cloves, sliced

red onion, sliced into thin wedges

red pepper, sliced into strips

mango, diced

baby corn
15 ml
lime juice

1 tbsp
fresh mint
1 tsp
black sesame seeds

Preparation

Step 1

15 ml vegetable oil – 200 g raw prawns, peeled and deveined – 2  garlic cloves, sliced

Heat a wok, add the oil, then the prawns and garlic. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the prawns turn pink. Remove and set aside.

Step 2

15 ml vegetable oil – 50 g red onion, sliced into thin wedges – 100 g red pepper, sliced into strips

Heat the oil in the same wok and sauté the onion and pepper for 2 minutes.

Step 3

100 g mango, diced – 100 g baby corn – 15 ml lime juice – 40 ml Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Less Salt Soy Sauce1 tbsp fresh mint – 1 tsp black sesame seeds

Add the mango, baby corn, lime juice and cooked prawns to the vegetables from step 2. Season with the Kikkoman Less Salt Soy Sauce, stir and fry for another 2 minutes. Garnish with the mint and black sesame seeds.

Tip

If using pre-cooked prawns, skip Step 1 and add them at the end just to heat through.
