Ingredients

baby broccoli or tender stem broccoli

cauliflower
 ½ bunch
bunch of spring onions
Oil for cooking (e.g. rapeseed)

Sauce:

3 
garlic cloves
3 cm
fresh ginger
1 tbsp
honey
1 tbsp
lime juice
100 ml
ketchup

Garnish:

 ½ handful
of peanuts or sesame seeds (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Cut the peppers into bite size pieces, the courgette into half-moons, the carrot into sticks and the leek into slices. Divide the broccoli and cauliflower into equal-sized florets. Finely slice the spring onion.

Step 2

Grate the garlic and ginger into a bowl. Add the honey, lime juice, Kikkoman Soy Sauce and ketchup and mix thoroughly.

Step 3

Heat a little cooking oil in a pan and add the carrot and leek. Stir-fry for about 1 minute. Add the peppers, courgette, broccoli, cauliflower, frozen peas (or frozen edamame), spring onion and sugar snap peas and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes. Add the sauce and mix thoroughly. Stir-fry for a further 1-2 minutes.

Step 4

Serve sprinkled with the peanuts or sesame seeds.
