What is Ponzu?

Kikkoman Naturally brewed soy sauce is blended with aromatic lemon to create ponzu sauce. It has a lovely balanced sweet, sour and salty flavour. It’s suitable for vegetarians and vegans and is fat-free.

How do I use it?
