

Simple Spaghetti with Tuna and Mushrooms
A very easy tinned tuna spaghetti dish with a sweet and tangy sauce provided by the Kikkoman Ponzu.
Preparation
Step 1
Cook the spaghetti in boiling water according to pack instructions. Drain the tuna, peel the garlic and onions and finely slice. Soak the chilli pepper in warm water.
Step 2
Fry the mushrooms and onions in the oil until softened. Add the garlic and chilli pepper and fry for a couple more minutes. Add the tomatoes and Ponzu, bring to the boil then remove the chilli pepper. Stir in the tuna, spaghetti and rocket so everything is coated in sauce. Serve the spaghetti topped with grated parmesan and a sprinkling of black pepper.
Step 3
Fry the mushrooms and half the onions in 1 tbsp. oil, season with salt and pepper and remove from the pan. Add the remaining oil to the pan and fry the garlic and chilli pepper, the rest of the onions and the garlic. Add the tomatoes and Ponzu Sauce, bring to the boil, stir in the mushroom and onion mixture, tuna, spaghetti and rocket, and remove the chilli pepper. Serve the Ponzu Spaghetti topped with grated parmesan and a sprinkling of pepper.
