

Soy Soft Serve
Creamy soft serve infused with a subtle hint of soy sauce, balancing sweet and savoury for a rich, umami twist on a classic dessert.
Preparation
Step 1
2 tbsp Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce – 235 ml Full fat milk – 150 g Granulated sugar – 500 ml Double cream
Mix milk, sugar and cream with Kikkoman Soy Sauce and chill.
Step 2
Add mixture into soft serve machine.
Step 3
Serve immediately and garnish with your preferred toppings. For an extra finishing touch, add a crisp wafer if you have one.
