TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. These Terms and Conditions (T’s & C’s) take priority if there is any inconsistency with any other prize draw (competition) communications, including on advertising or promotional materials. Entry/winner claim instructions form part of these T’s & C’s and by participating, all entrants agree to these T’s & C’s. Please read them carefully and keep a copy for your information. We may change them and so please read them each time you enter a draw.
2. Promoter and Data Controller: Kikkoman Trading Europe GmbH, Theodorstraße 180, 40472 Düsseldorf, Germany. Do not send entries to this address. 
3. This prize draw is open only to UK residents aged 18 or over excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
4. The opening and closing dates are shown on the prize draw page.  The period between these dates is referred to below as the “Promotional Period”. Any entries received outside the Promotional Period will not be entered into the prize draw.
5. Internet access is required to enter.
6. You must ensure that the email address that you use to enter is active and valid, and that you are contactable on the same email address if we need to contact you about the prize draw.
7. Entry can only be made by visiting https://www.kikkoman.co.uk/win-a-cool-kikkoman-bundle/ and completing the form provided.
8. You will be on the prize draw entry form if you want to receive ongoing free e-newsletter marketing communications via a tick box. If ticked, your name, email address and post code will be added to a mailing list to receive the e-newsletters in compliance with Kikkoman’s privacy policy. If you do not tick this box, you can still enter the prize draw but you will not added to the mailing list. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter service at any time by clicking on the link that is included in every e-mail or contacting us by info@remove-this.kikkoman.eu.
9. No purchase necessary.
10. Maximum of one (1) entry per person will be accepted during the Promotional Period. Multiple email addresses may not be used by the same entrant to enter any prize draw more than once. Anyone trying to circumvent this rule will be disqualified.
11. There is one (1) prize available.
12. The winning entrant will win the prize stated on the relevant prize draw page.
13. The Prize Draw will take place on the date shown on the prize draw page. One (1) winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received by the closing date.
14. The prize winner will be contacted by email within 7 days of the closing date and asked to provide a valid UK delivery address. Winners must respond to notification of their prize within 72 hours of notification. Otherwise the right to claim the prize will be lost and an alternative winner will be selected based on a reserve chosen at the time of the original draw on the same terms and conditions as apply to the original winner. The new prize winner will be notified by within 1 (one) working day.
15. Prize will be delivered to addresses in the UK by mail carrier. We accept no responsibility for failed delivery due to provision of incorrect details by the winner or because no one is available to accept delivery. Any prize that is returned undelivered will be assumed unwanted and will result in the prize being forfeited and an alternative winner will be selected as explained above. 
16. Entrants who have not won a prize will not receive notification that they have not won.
17. We accept no responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible or not received in accordance with entry instructions. No responsibility will be accepted for any entries that are delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Entries may be disqualified if incomplete or illegible.
18. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect you or anyone else of cheating, deception or fraudulent conduct of any kind (including manipulating the draw, choice of winner or any entry), we reserve the right (in our sole discretion) to disqualify any entrant, entry or person that we reasonably believe to be responsible for, or associated with, such activity. Failure to enforce any of our rights at any stage does not mean that we can’t do so later.
19. Entrants who do not provide correct contact details or who enter on someone else's behalf may be disqualified at our discretion. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed or any other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified. No bulk, consumer group, third party or agent entries will be valid.
20. The name and county of the winner will be available to anyone requesting this information by sending a stamped addressed envelope to: UK Prize Draw, Kikkoman Trading Europe GmbH, Theodorstraße 180, 40472 Düsseldorf, Germany within 28 days of the closing date. 
21. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for a cash alternative or any other prize.
22. If the prize offered is unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
23. We may change or end= this promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond our control.
24. Our decisions regarding all prize draw matters shall be final.
25. Prizes comprise the items stated only. All other costs and expenses relating to the prizes are the responsibility of the winner unless expressly stated otherwise.
26. All prizes are provided “as is” and without any warranty, undertaking or promise from us as their quality, condition, value, suitability or otherwise unless otherwise stated. 
27. You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that it may be passed to the agencies helping administer this promotion. Your personal information will be used to administer this promotion and in accordance with Kikkoman’s privacy policy available at https://www.kikkoman.co.uk/data-privacy.
28. This agreement is covered by English law and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of the United Kingdom.
