Easy Teriyaki chicken and sesame skewers with noodles

Quick and easy sesame chicken kebabs marinated in Kikkoman Teriyaki and served with noodles - an ideal midweek meal for the family. Use turkey breast instead of chicken if you prefer

  • 3tbsp Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade
  • 1tbsp dark toasted sesame oil
  • 500g skinless chicken breast or turkey breast fillets, sliced into thick strips
  • 2tbsp sesame seeds
  • 200g fine egg noodles


Mix the Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade and sesame oil together and place in a non-metallic dish. Add the chicken or turkey fillets, mix well, cover and leave them to marinate for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.

Remove the meat from the marinade and place onto skewers. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds.

Grill or bake the kebabs for around 4 minutes on each side for chicken or 5-7 mins on each side for turkey breast.

While the kebabs are cooking, prepare the noodles according to the pack instructions. Drain and serve with the kebabs.
