Conditions of Participation for the "Bigger Size" Promotion

Part 1

Introduction

  1. We, the company responsible for this promotion, are KIKKOMAN TRADING EUROPE GMBH (incorporated in Germany under registered number HRB 35856 (at Düsseldorf District Court) with our registered office at Theodorstraße 180, 40472 Düsseldorf, Germany), contact e-mail address for the promotion: raffles@remove-this.kikkoman.eu.
  2. Participation in this promotion is free of charge.
  3. The promotion runs from 29/09/2025 – 10/11/2025.

 

Part 2

Participants

  1. Participants must be at least 18 years old and live in the UK.
  2. The following are excluded from this promotion: Employees, and their immediate family members, of our group of companies, our agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
  3. We have the right at any time to exclude from the promotion any person who fails to comply with these terms and conditions, including depriving them of the prize.

 

Part 3

The rules of the promotion

  1. In order to participate in the promotion, you must fill in the entry form at https://www.kikkoman.co.uk/more-kikkoman-more-flavour-2025 including your email address, first name, last name.
  2. Only entries submitted between 29/09/2024 and 10/11/2025 will be considered for the promotion.
  3. You may only enter your own data in the entry form and you must ensure that all the contact and other information you send us is correct.
  4. You must not submit more than one entry form or use any automated means of entering the promotion.
  5. We may reject any other entries that we think may have been submitted by the same participant, e.g., based on the contact details provided.
  6. If we have reasonable doubt regarding the validity of your entry, we may contact you to clarify the facts. If it is not possible to contact you, or if you fail to provide what we think is satisfactory clarification within the timescale we give you, your entry will be excluded.
  7. We accept no responsibility for entries that are not received for any reason.
  8. Winners will be drawn at random from amongst the correct entries within two weeks of the closing date and will be notified by email to the e-mail address supplied to us. We are not responsible if the winner e-mail is not received.
  9. The winner must complete the winner form that can be accessed at the link that we will include in the winner e-mail. The winner form must be completed within seven days of the date we send the winner e-mail and we are entitled to cancel the prize if we do not receive the winner form by that time. The following must be included in the winner form: name, address (which must be located in the UK), telephone number, e-mail address. 
  10. The prizes are as shown on our competition page. Winners will be selected randomly from amongst the correct entries.
  11. We will provide a maximum of ten products as prizes for this promotion. Prizes are non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for a cash alternative or any other prize. If the prize offered is unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
  12. If we believe that your entry does not comply with these terms, the prize for your entry will go back to the prize pool or will be given to another participant.
  13. Prizes will be mailed no later than 30 days after the closing date. Prizes that are returned to us for any reason that is not our fault (e.g., because we were given the wrong address or the prize was not collected by the entrant) will not be resent and will remain our property.
  14. We will only send prizes to the UK.

Part 5

Complaints

  1. Please send any complaints related to the promotion in writing to our registered address shown above or by e-mail to raffles@remove-this.kikkoman.eu.
  2. We aim to investigate complaints within 14 days of receipt.
  3. We will tell you the outcome of your complaint in a communication sent to the address from which the complaint was sent.
  4. Our rejection or non-examination of your complaint does not affect your legal rights, including any right to go to court.

 

Part 6

Final

  1. The promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or conducted in any way by Youtube/Facebook/Instagram. Youtube/Facebook/Instagram is not responsible for the organisation or implementation of the promotion; we are solely responsible in this regard.
  2. The terms and conditions of the promotion are available at https://www.kikkoman.co.uk/more-kikkoman-more-flavour-2025.
  3. We can decide at any time to extend the period of the promotion, but by no longer than two weeks. We will publish the details of the extension at least one week before the original termination date.
  4. We are allowed to change these terms before the competition starts so long as your rights are not breached as a result. We will make the changes available by the same means as we publish these terms.
  5. English law shall apply to this promotion.
  6. These terms shall take effect on 29/09/2025 and the version number is1.0.
