Pumpkin Tart with Cheddar & Caramelised Onions
This wholesome Pumpkin Tart is packed full of flavour and a perfect Autumn recipe for entertaining.
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
Mix the flour and butter. Add the cottage cheese and knead to a smooth dough. Press it into a tart tin (24 cm in diameter) and place it in the fridge.
Mix the pumpkin purée with the cottage cheese and grated cheddar. Put the mixture on the cooled tart case and bake it for about 40 minutes.
Cut the onion into slices. Fry it in butter, then add honey and soy sauce. Stir it and when it starts to caramelise, put it on the tart. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
