The olive soy sauce dip goes very well with thin, freshly toasted baguette slices and olives

Ingredients

mild green olives (without stone)
1 tbsp
lemon juice
6 tbsp
olive oil
4 tbsp
apple puree
2 tbsp
pine nuts
1 tsp
sugar
Coarsely ground pepper
2 tsp
capers
If desired: chopped pine nuts and olive slices to garnish

Preparation

Step 1

For the dip puree all ingredients except the capers in a blender.

Step 2

Chop the capers finely, fold in, pour the dip into a small bowl and serve.
