Teriyaki Halloumi Fajita's

Put a twist on a Mexican classic with Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce with Roasted Garlic. Marinate delicious Halloumi to create this meat-free delight for all the family.

Ingredients

  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 1/3 Courgette
  • 140g Halloumi
  • 4tbsp Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce with Roasted Garlic
  • 2 Tortilla Wraps
  • Large Handful Mixed Greens
  • 2tbsp Sour Cream
  • 1/4 Cucumber
  • 2tsp Sesame Seeds
  • 2tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1tsp Paprika
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method

Preheat oven to 200°C. Slice halloumi into pieces. Wash, de-seed, and slice red pepper. Wash and slice courgette. Peel and cut red onion into pieces.

Add sliced halloumi to one side of a lined baking sheet, and vegetables to the other. Drizzle everything with oil and sprinkle paprika, salt, and pepper over the vegetables.

Roast for 15-20 min. Meanwhile, wash and dry salad leaves. Wash and chop cucumber into matchsticks.

Remove tray from oven and brush teriyaki sauce over the halloumi. Return to the oven for about 3 min.

Spread sour cream on tortilla wrap and fill with salad, grilled vegetables, and halloumi.

Top with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and a squeeze of lime if desired.
