Spinach, pepper, avocado and mango wraps
These healthy fruit and veg wraps are perfect for lunchtime snacking

- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 80 g fresh spinach
- 1 red pepper
- 1 avocado
- 1 mango
- 4 teaspoons sesame seeds
- 4 teaspoons Kikkoman Ponzu
Cut the peppers, mangoes and avocados into strips.
For each person, place a handful of spinach, chopped fruit and vegetables on top of each tortilla. Sprinkle a teaspoon of sesame seeds and season with Ponzu citrus soy sauce.
Roll up and cut in half. Serve right away.
