Soy and Honey Glazed Duck
If you want a quick and easy recipe for dinner, look no further than these sticky soy and honey glazed duck breasts. Serve with mash and vegetables

- 4 Gressingham duck breasts, skin on
- 60ml (4 tbsp) honey
- 60ml (4 tbsp) Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- 100g (4oz) flaked almonds
- ½ fresh chilli, de-seeded and finely chopped
Preheat the oven to 190°C / Gas 5.
To prepare the glaze, mix together the honey, soy sauce, almonds and chilli and put aside. Score the skin on the duck breasts and sear in a hot dry frying pan for 3-4 minutes on each side (skin-side down first). Remove from the heat, transfer to a hot baking tray and generously cover each breast in the glaze. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until properly cooked through.
Delicious served with creamy mash and seasonal vegetables.
