- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons of chopped chives
- 1 egg
- 80 g pumpkin purée
- 170 g of kefir
- 1.5 tablespoons Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- Plus -
- 50 g of goat's cheese
- 1 pear
Thoroughly mix the ingredients for the waffles with a whisk.
Bake crispy waffles in a preheated lightly greased waffle iron (baking time depends on our equipment).
