Salmon with Soy Sauce
This quick and easy recipe for salmon with soy sauce can be done in a flash and adds wonderful flavour to any salmon cut

- 4 x 150g salmon fillets
- 300g basmati rice
- 3tbsp Kikkoman Less Salt Soy Sauce
- 1tbsp sesame oil
- Juice and grated rind of 1/2 unwaxed lemon
- 1.5cm piece fresh ginger root, peeled and diced
Wash the salmon fillets and pat them dry.
Make the marinade by mixing together all the ingredients.
Place the salmon fillets in a non-metallic dish, pour over the marinade, cover and leave for at least 30 minutes, turning several times.
Cook the rice according to the pack instructions. When cooked, drain and keep warm.
While the rice if cooking, remove the salmon from the marinade and grill or fry in a non-stick pan for 3-4 minutes on both sides, brushing with extra marinade as it cooks.
Serve with the boiled rice.
