Raw Marinated Green Vegetables
These Kikkoman soy sauce and ginger marinated vegetables are especially good when served on the side of grilled beef, chicken or fish.

- 3tbsp Kikkoman Less Salt Soy Sauce
- 2tbsp sunflower oil
- 1tsp ground ginger
- 2tbsp lime juice
- 1 bunch asparagus, diagonally sliced
- 125g sugar snap peas, halved lengthways
- 125g fine green beans, trimmed
Mix together the Kikkoman Less Salt Soy Sauce, oil, ginger and lime juice.
Place the vegetables in the marinade and allow them to soak for 10-15 minutes before serving.
