Pumpkin Hummus

Add a hit of flavour to regular hummus with this pumpkin hummus recipe. Packed full of goodness, the perfect dip.

Ingredients
- 250 g of cooked chickpeas
- 100 ml of cold water
- the juice of half a large lemon
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 70 g pumpkin purée
- 50 g of tahini
- 1.5 tablespoons Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- To Serve -
- 4 carrots, cut into sticks
- 1 tablespoon of parsley
- 1 tablespoon of sunflower seeds
- 100 g of croutons
Method
Put the rinsed chickpeas into a food processor. Add pumpkin purée, tahini, garlic, soy sauce and all liquid ingredients and mix together until smooth.
Put it on a plate, sprinkle with olive oil, sprinkle it also with a little sunflower seeds and parsley. Serve with carrots and croutons.
