Prawn salad with Ponzu Mayonnaise

A light and refreshing twist on a prawn cocktail salad, using our new Kikkoman Ponzu.

Ingredients

  • 16 large cooked prawns, peeled (leave tails on if liked)
  • 5 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • ½ tsp ginger powder
  • 2 tbsp Kikkoman Ponzu
  • 1 avocado, peeled and cubed
  • 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 pink grapefruit, peeled and segmented
  • ½ bunch coriander, chopped

Method

Mix the mayonnaise, garlic, ginger and Kikkoman Ponzu. Toss all the ingredients into a salad bowl and stir through the sauce. Divide between 4 bowls and serve.
