Pork Tenderloin with Orange Glaze

This delicious recipe uses lean pork loin, perfectly grilled on the BBQ. Create a zingy and fresh glaze for the meat with soy sauce, marmalade and chilli, perfect for a summer evening meal.

Ingredients

  • 4tbsp of Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce
  • 1tsp Cornflour
  • 2tbsp of Orange Marmalade
  • 1 Pinch of chilli flakes
  • ground black pepper
  • 1kg pork fillet/pork tenderloin

Method

Mix in a bowl, 4 tbsp of Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce with 1tsp of cornflour.

Add 2 tbsp of orange marmalade, a pinch of chili flakes and some ground black pepper. Mix well and leave aside.

Slice the pork tenderloin into medallions and grill on the BBQ for 3 to 5 minutes.

Using a brush, glaze the pork with the pre-made soy and orange glaze and grill for a further 3 to 5 minutes until sticky.

Serve and enjoy.
