Ponzu marinated pork chops
A lovely way to slow cook pork chops for the family. The Kikkoman ponzu and butter helps to tenderise the meat while it bakes and the peppers and broccoli add a bright splash of colour.

- Cooking Time2 hours
- 4 pork chops
- A pinch of salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 150 – 200 ml Kikkoman Ponzu Soy Sauce
- 4 tsp butter
- 500 g small potatoes
- 2 red peppers, cut in broad slices

Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, and fry the chops on both sides on a hot frying pan until brown but not cooked through.
