Plant-based Beef Tender Strips Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 1 pack of Moving Mountains® Beef Tender Strips
- 1 bottle of Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- Dried rice noodles (enough to serve 2 people)
- Mixed stir fry vegetables
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
optional extras:
- 1 tbsp fresh garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- Fresh sliced chillies (or chilli flakes)
- Fresh spring onions
Method
1. Start by cooking your frozen Moving Mountains® Beef Tender Strips in 1 tbsp of vegetable oil. Cook on a medium heat for around 5 minutes, or until the beef strips are cooked through and slightly browned in colour. Take off the heat and set to one side.
2. Following the on-pack instructions, boil the dried rice noodles, drain, and then set to one side.
3. In a large wok, add 1 tbsp vegetable oil and begin to fry the optional garlic, ginger and chillies on a medium heat. Next add the stir fry vegetables to the wok and and mix the ingredients.
4. Once the vegetables are nearly cooked, add in a generous pour of Kikkoman Soy Sauce, the cooked Moving Mountains® Beef Tender Strips and rice noodles. Then combine in the wok and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
5. Serve with sliced fresh spring onions and extra Kikkoman Soy Sauce on the side.
