Pasta with Grilled Courgette and Aubergine

This simple pasta recipe is ideal for Autumn time. Use delicious seasonal aubergine and courgette to create a rich pasta for all the family

Ingredients
- 200 g of fusilli pasta
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 250 g of courgette
- 200 g of aubergine
- 1.5 tablespoons Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon of dried Provence herbs
- 2 tablespoons of fresh basil
Method
Cook the pasta al dente.
Slice the aubergine and courgette. Coat with olive oil, soy sauce, dried herbs and grill on both sides in a hot pan. Serve with cooked pasta and fresh basil.
