  • 4 tbsp Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce
  • 60 g mild green olives (without stone)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp apple puree
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Coarsely ground pepper
  • 2 tsp capers
  • If desired: chopped pine nuts and olive slices to garnish


For the dip puree all ingredients except the capers in a blender.

Chop the capers finely, fold in, pour the dip into a small bowl and serve.
