Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce
- 60 g mild green olives (without stone)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp apple puree
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
- 1 tsp sugar
- Coarsely ground pepper
- 2 tsp capers
- If desired: chopped pine nuts and olive slices to garnish
Method
For the dip puree all ingredients except the capers in a blender.
Chop the capers finely, fold in, pour the dip into a small bowl and serve.
