Marrow Stuffed with Millet

- 2 marrow or squash (about 700 g)
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 100 g of millet
- 220 ml of water
- 130 g of dried tomatoes
- 100 g tuna in olive oil
- 1.5 tablespoons Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- 0/5 a bunch of chives
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Cut the marrow lengthwise, remove and discard the seeds, put them on a baking tray and pour over the olive oil. Bake for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, boil the millet in 220 ml of water until it absorbs all the water (12 minutes). When cooked, mix with soy sauce, tuna and dried tomatoes cut into smaller pieces. Fill the cavities in the marrow with the stuffing and continue baking for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped chives and serve.
