Green Mary Cocktail
A healthy vegetable juice mocktail seasoned with Kikkoman Ponzu and pungent wasabi. If you want an extra kick then add vodka to make a boozy cocktail

- 500g cherry tomatoes
- 500g broccoli
- 300g celery (4 sticks)
- 100ml Kikkoman Ponzu Soy Sauce
- 4g Wasabi
- 30g ice per person
- Celery sticks, thinly sliced in length
- Vodka, optional, to taste
Mix the wasabi with a spoonful of Ponzu to dissolve. Add the remainder of Ponzu and stir.
Juice the vegetables to get 280 ml tomato juice, 180 ml broccoli juice, and 240 ml celery juice respectively. Mix the juices in a jug and store in the fridge until needed, up to 2 days.
Prepare garnishes. Fill a long glass with ice. Add vodka if using, around 40 ml per glass. Top with vegetable juice, garnish with celery stick if desired, and serve.
