Crab Sandwich with Ponzu Mayo
Liven up a traditional favourite, the crab sandwich. Using zingy Kikkoman Ponzu sauce you can create a delicious lunch that will keep friends and family coming back for more.

- 350g - 400g mixed brown and white crab meat
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Kikkoman Ponzu
- ½ tsp chives, finely chopped
- ½ tbsp flat leaf parsley finely chopped
- ¼ cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2 large handfuls rocket leaves
- 4 slices wholemeal bloomer
- Butter to spread (optional)
Mix the crab meat with the mayonnaise and Kikkoman Ponzu sauce, then stir in the herbs.
Butter the bread if using, then spread the crab mixture over 4 slices, top with cucumber and rocket then sandwich with the other pieces of bread and cut in half to serve.
