Ingredients

  • 1 ciabatta
  • 1.5 tbsp Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce with Toasted Sesame
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 350g feta cheese
  • 3-4 tbsp Kikkoman Sauce with Toasted Sesame
  • 1 handful of fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (toasted)
  • Black pepper

Method

Cut the ciabatta into slices of about 1.5 cm thick. Preheat the grill. Mix the olive oil with the Teriyaki Sauce with Roasted Sesame and spread on to the slices of bread. Grill them for a few minutes until they are golden brown. Then let them cool down briefly. Crumble the feta cheese and mix it with the remaining Teriyaki sauce.Chop the spinach roughly and add it to the feta. Season it with pepper and spread it on the toasted breads. Garnish the bruschetta with toasted sesame seeds. Serve warm
