BBQ Chicken Kebabs

These quick and easy chicken kebabs are marinated in Kikkoman soy sauce and other storecupboard ingredients. Perfect for summer barbecues!

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts cubed
- 1 yellow pepper
- 2 tomatoes, deseeded & cubed
- Chopped coriander
- 4 lemon wedges
For the marinade
- 30ml Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce
- 30ml Vegetable Oil
- 15ml Tomato Ketchup
- 45ml Mango Chutney
- 15ml Mild Chilli Sauce
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 cm fresh ginger root, finely chopped
Method
To make the marinade mix together all the sauces, garlic and ginger. Pour the marinade into a large mixing bowl and add the chicken and vegetables, tossing well to coat.
Thread the pieces alternately onto skewers then grill or bbq for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally. Serve garnished with chopped coriander and a wedge of lemon.
