Barbecued Lamb Chops

Barbecued lamb chops glazed in Kikkoman Teriyaki BBQ Sauce with Honey is so easy and the touch of sweetness goes really well with the chargrilled flavour of the meat.

Ingredients

  • 4 beef steak tomatoes
  • 4 hot peppers
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp Kikkoman Teriyaki BBQ Sauce with honey
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 4 lamb chops
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp Kikkoman Teriyaki BBQ Sauce with honey
  • 1 pinch of salt

Method

Trim excess fat off the meat. Drizzle oil over the meat, season with salt and sprinkle thyme over it.

Cut tomatoes in half. Drizzle olive oil over them and season with salt.

Preheat the bbq. Add tomatoes and grill for 15 minutes. Flip over, add peppers.

Put meat on the bbq and grill for 2 minutes per side. Flip, pour cognac over the meat. Pour Kikkoman Teriyaki BBQ Sauce with Honey over it and caramelize.

Wrap the meat in foil and allow to rest in the corner of the bbq for 5 minutes.

Season with pepper before serving with the cooked vegetables.
