Professional chefs from all across the UK have the opportunity to win a once in a lifetime prize by cooking a delicious 2 course menu featuring Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce. Ten shortlisted entries will be invited to prepare their menu for the judges at The Restaurant Show on Monday 28th September.

Kikkoman Masters 2020 Trophy + 1 week trip to Japan including 1 day work at Nobu Japan + 2-5 days work at Michelin-Starred Restaurant, The Elephant, Torquay

2nd Prize - Dinner for 2 with matching wines at any Adam Handling restaurant + 5 days work at Nobu London

3rd Prize - Dinner for 2 and a day working at Hicce Restaurant + a sous vide training day courtesy of Sous Vide Tools.
