taken inspiration from a variety of chefs, but my mum was the one who showed me
where to start in the kitchen.
Why did you become a chef - I
was working part time in kitchens from the age of 13 and loved the job starting then.
Where did you train to be a chef - I
didn’t go to a catering college. Everything I've learnt I have so on the
job.
