Vegetables with balsamic dressing
Our Japas recipes are designed as Japanese style tapas. Just double the amount of each ingredient if you want to serve larger plates.
Nutrition per serving
- Energy190 Kcals
- 1/2 yellow pepper
- 6 baby corn
- 6 small green peppers
- 6 pcs cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
For the balsamic dressing:
- 20ml Kikkoman Gluten-free Tamari Soy Sauce
- 90ml balsamic vinegar reduced to 30ml
- 50ml olive oil
Chop yellow peppers and baby corn into bite-size pieces. Stir fry all vegetables in olive oil and place on a deep plate.
Pour the Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Tamari Gluten-free Soy Sauce and reduced balsamic vinegar in a mixer and add the olive oil slowly.
Sprinkle vegetables with the dressing, garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.
