Bright green blini style snacks with seasoned creme fraiche. Part of Kikkoman's Street Food recipe collection for Foodservice.

  • 200g frozen spinach
  • 300ml milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 250g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 50g soft butter
  • 250g crème fraiche
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped chives
  • 1 tbsp Kikkoman Naturally Brewed soy sauce


Put spinach, milk and eggs to the blender. Blend until the spinach totally dissolved. Add flour, baking powder, Kikkoman soy sauce, sugar and butter. Blend until smooth.

Let it sit for 30 minutes. Fry small blini sized pancakes on a skillet until all the batter is used.

Serve in portions with crème fraiche mixed with chives and Kikkoman soy sauce.
