Penne with Yakisoba Curry Sauce

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 small onions
  • 80g mushrooms
  • 1 small carrot
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 400g minced beef
  • 1-2 tbsp curry powder
  • 150 ml chicken stock
  • 200 ml Kikkoman Yakisoba Sauce
  • 400g penne
  • 1 tbsp grated parmesan
  • A few sprigs of parsley


Peel the garlic and onions, trim and peel the mushrooms, remove the tops and peel the carrots, then chop all these vegetables finely. Fry the garlic in 1 tbsp hot oil. Add the vegetables and continue cooking. When everything is cooked, remove from the heat and place aside.

Fry the beef in the same pan with the remaining oil and dust it with curry powder. Combine the vegetables with the meat, chicken stock and Kikkoman Yakisoba Sauce and simmer briefly to reduce.

Cook the penne according to the pack instructions. Serve with the yakisoba curry sauce and ganish with parmesan and parsley.
