New potatoes with garlic and pepper sauce

Ingredients

  • 30g dried tomatoes
  • 200g new potatoes
  • 50ml Kikkoman Less Salt Soy Sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • black pepper (coarse ground)
  • 15g butter
  • 3-4 sprigs parsley

Method

Soak dried tomatoes in lukewarm water for a while to soften, then remove from the water and squeeze out the excess. Cook potatoes until almost done (fork should go through).

Mix Kikkoman Less Salt Soy Sauce, grated garlic and black pepper. Fry halved potatoes in butter, add the rehydrated tomatoes, stir well.

Serve the fried potatoes with the garlic pepper sauce and fresh parsley.
