King prawns on fried glass noodles

- 150g glass noodles (bean-thread noodles)
- 1 small yellow pepper
- 80ml vegetable oil
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 10 tiger prawns, shelled
- 75ml Kikkoman Yakisoba Sauce
- 3-4 sprigs of coriander
- paprika powder
Cook the noodles according to the pack instructions. Halve the pepper and dice, then fry in 1 tbsp hot oil. Season with salt and pepper, set aside and keep warm.
Fry the prawns in 1 tbsp hot oil, season with salt and pepper, set aside and keep warm. Fry the noodles in the rest of the oil, add Kikkoman Yakisoba Sauce and simmer to reduce the liquid.
Arrange the noodles on the plates, put the pepper and prawns on top, garnish with coriander and paprika and serve hot.
