Crispy fried chicken in a wrap with Ponzu marinated courgette and fresh salad. Part of Kikkoman's Street Food recipe collection for Foodservice.
- 1 batch of chicken (made of 1kg chicken as for chicken and chips recipe)
- 10 wraps
- 150g pesto
- Salad greens (lettuce)
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 courgette
- 3 tbsp Kikkoman Lemon Ponzu Sauce
Slice courgette thinly and marinate in Kikkoman Ponzu sauce. Heat the wraps, spread with a bit of pesto. Top with salad greens, chicken nuggets, tomato and courgette slices.
