Ingredients

  • 400g ham in wok strips
  • 2 tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • ½ tsp ground chilli
  • 200g noodles
  • 200g mushrooms, optional mixture
  • 1 bunch spring onions
  • 150g baby spinach
  • 75g toasted cashew nuts
  • 2 tbsp Kikkoman Soy sauce
  • 1-2 tsp honey

Stir-fried noodles with mushrooms & ham

Serves: 4
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Marinating time: 15 min

Method

Place the meat in a marinade of Kikkoman, sesame oil and chilli for at least 15 min.

Prepare the noodles as instructed and rinse well in cold water.

Cut the mushrooms into slices, chop the spring onions and rinse the spinach well.

Drain the meat well and reserve the marinade for later.

Stir-fry the meat on both sides in a little oil for 1-2 mins. and put them to one side.

Stir-fry mushrooms and cashew nuts until the mushrooms are golden.

Add spring onions and wok strips and stir-fry for 1- 2 mins.

Add noodles and baby spinach and stir-fry for 1-2 mins. and add marinade, soy sauce and honey.

Bring to the boil, season to taste and serve.

Season to taste with extra soy sauce and sugar and serve dressed with fresh coriander.
