Salmon in lemongrass & ginger marinade, with coriander salsaServes: 2 MethodMix together Kikkoman Soy Sauce, lemon grass, sambal oelek chilli pepper sauce, ginger and coriander stalks, pour the marinade over the salmon and let it marinate for at least 30 mins in the fridge. Place the salmon on a baking sheet, drizzle with honey and bake it for around 12 min. at 210 °C. For the salsa, chop the chillies, finely chop the spring onions and mix with coriander leaves. Drizzle the salmon with salsa and serve with rice or noodles. |
