Spicy Gingery Veg

Ingredients

Onion
Ginger
Peppers
Stock
Chillies

Method

1. Fry sliced ginger, chillies and onion until golden brown.
2. Add stock and 300mls water and allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Add peppers and splash soy sauce to taste.
4. Serve with rice or in tortillas.
