Kikkoman Soy Sauce
1. Put potatoes in the oven and bake until done and crispy!
2. Grate the carrots (3 should be enough to feed 2) mix with a little mayonnaise and add some black pepper and the Kikkoman soy sauce and give it a good stir.
3. Remove the potatoes from the oven, cut in half and smother with butter. Serve with a great big dollop of the carrot mixture.
