Kikkoman Soy Sauce
1. Put water to the boil, add pasta and cook for approximately 12 min or until pasta is "Al Dente"
2. While pasta is cooking, in a wok add a good dash of olive oil and heat. Add 2 cloves of garlic ( finely chopped) 2 chillies (finely chopped) and gently fry for 3 min. Add your Prawns and 4 tablespoons of Kikkoman soy sauce and 50ml water and cook for a further 4 min.
3. Strain pasta and add your chilli prawns give it a good mix so the pasta is coated with the lovely chilli garlic and soy prawns. Serve immediately.
