Potatoes
Carrots
Onion
Beef mince
Ginger root
Kikkoman Soy Sauce
1. Fry chopped onion and carrot and mince.
2. Boil chopped potatoes until soft then mash.
3. When onion carrot and mince is nearly browned add chopped ginger and Kikkoman Soy Sauce with quarter of a pint of water.
4. Once this is cooked put in a dish, top with mashed potatoes. Put in oven for 20 minutes and voila - special cottage pie with a twist.
