Garlic
Honey
Vinegar
Kikkoman Soy Sauce
1) Cut chicken into pieces and arrange in a baking dish. 2) To prepare marinade, in a bowl combine 6g minced fresh ginger,3g minced garlic 60ml honey, 4 tablespoons vinegar and 60ml Kikkoman soy sauce. Mix together and spoon mixture over chicken. Cover dish and refrigerate for 2 hours to marinate, turning chicken pieces once. 3) Preheat oven to 220degrees c and bake chicken for 30 minutes. Turn chicken pieces over and continue baking for 15 minutes or until chicken is tender and cooked through and juices run clear. Serve immediately.
